Lungelo's Wax Museum
Born in the mid- eighties, Lungulo Gumede was born in Clermont (Durban), KwaZulu Natal, South Africa in the mid-eighties. He spent all his school years in the rural area of Ndwende – Durban. His love for the ARTS came during those years when he began observing and copying his Uncle, who was an excellent artist in his own right. After high school, he attended and Residency Programme (Visual Arts) at the BAT Centre in Durban – 2002 - 2003. He later obtained his National Diploma in Fine Arts from Durban University Technology in 2007.
